What the forms on this website collect, why, for how long, and your rights. No cookies and no tracking tools.

What we collect and why
Only what you write in the forms. In the contact form: your name, phone or e-mail, topic and message. We use it only to reply to your request. The legal basis is your consent and the steps you ask for before a possible contract.
How your details travel
The form sends your message through our server in the European Union (Hetzner, Finland), which forwards it by e-mail to the advisor’s business mailbox and does not store it. The website is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub Inc.), which may log technical data such as IP addresses for security.
Online appointments
The “Book an appointment” page uses the avrastro.com (AVRASTRO) booking system. What you enter there (name, e-mail, phone, topic, how to meet, note) is stored in that system, used for the confirmation and reminder e-mails, and recorded in my client management system. The avrastro.com privacy notice applies. Appointment details are anonymised 24 months after the appointment date.
If you answer the optional “short needs check” in the booking form (household, work, loans, what you already have, what matters to you), your answers are added to the note of the request and the same applies. It has no health questions. Nothing is stored in your browser.
Call-back requests (“Ask me to call you”)
The “Ask me to call you” form sends your name, phone number, the part of the day that suits you and the topic to the avrastro.com (AVRASTRO) system, together with the address of the page it was sent from. They are stored there, I am notified by e-mail, and the request is recorded in my client management system as a call I need to make. No e-mail address is asked for. I use these details only to call you about this request; the legal basis is your consent. The request details are anonymised after 24 months. The avrastro.com privacy notice also applies.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to reply and deal with your request. If no business follows, the message is deleted within 12 months.
Cookies and statistics
This website uses no cookies, no Google Analytics and no other tracking tools, and loads no fonts or scripts from third parties.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or erasure of your details, withdraw your consent or object to processing by calling +357 97 840941. You can also complain to the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (www.dataprotection.gov.cy).
